Websites, CRM systems and tailor-made software

We design and build business software: from a website that brings in enquiries to a system fitted to your team.

The deals board in StackGentic CRM: columns of sales stages from Qualification to Won, each with deal cards showing the customer, the amount in zlotys, the due date and the owner.

Our products

StackGentic CRM

Our own system for running sales, from the first enquiry to an accepted quote. Below, real screens from the application.

All your sales on one board

Deals by stage, which the administrator sets, also as a list. You close a lost deal with a reason, and leads from the form are assigned to salespeople in turn.

The deals board in the dark theme: columns Qualification, Offer, Negotiation, Won and Lost, with deal cards in each.

A customer record with everything that matters

Notes, documents checked by an antivirus scanner, a log of meetings, calls and e-mails, and tasks. You fill in company details from the register by tax number (NIP).

The customer list with Polish companies: first name, last name, e-mail, phone, company and creation date, with a search box and pagination.

From line items to an accepted quote

Net prices, VAT rates, discounts, one-off or annual billing. A numbered PDF quote is created from the items and sent by e-mail in Polish or English. The customer accepts it on a public page with a code from the e-mail.

The CRM implementation deal with its sales stages and the Products tab: four items with list price, discount, unit price, net value and VAT rate.

Numbers you can see at a glance

Sales funnel, salesperson ranking, wins and losses, quote conversion, customer growth and leads by campaign. Plus the team's sales targets.

Sales reports: the win/loss trend by month with the most common loss reasons, quote conversion with the acceptance rate, customer growth and leads by campaign.
  • Interface in Polish and English
  • Light and dark theme
  • Users, roles and permissions
  • View, export and delete a person's data

Ragio: chats on demand with your documents

Share selected documents with customers, buyers or partners. They ask in a chat, and every answer points to the file and page it comes from.

The chat on demand “Green Terraces: buyer questions” in Ragio: the folder with the estate’s documents, the last day of access and the people invited with their statuses, including an access request to accept.
A guest’s conversation in Ragio: questions about the handover date and a parking space, answers with the date and price highlighted and links to the brochure and the agreement template with page numbers.
  • One folder, the people you choose

A chat on demand covers one folder of documents. You invite up to 20 people by email and set the last day of access.

  • No account, no password

A guest opens the link from the invitation, types the one-time code from the email and asks. Answers come only from the shared documents.

  • See what they ask

Guests’ conversations are in your panel, with the source of every answer. Revoke one person or the whole chat.

  • Access requests by link

A public link lets people ask for access. You accept or reject each request.

  • PDF, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, HTML and Markdown
  • Hybrid search with reranking
  • Example questions for guests
  • Invitations in Polish or English

Four steps from first conversation to launch

  1. Getting to know your needs

We talk about your business and goals to understand what really has to work.

  2. Planning the solution

We agree on the scope and shape of the solution before the first line of code is written.

  3. Building

We build the solution and show you what is taking shape as we go.

  4. Launch

We put the solution into use at your company and hand it over ready to work.

Questions and answers

How long does a project take?

It depends on how complex the project is: simpler work can be done in as little as a day, while larger projects need more time. We agree the exact date together once we know the scope, before the first line of code is written.

Where does StackGentic CRM run, and who owns the data?

The system runs on a server in Germany (netcup, European Union), and the data is encrypted in transit. The data stays yours: who processes it, for what purpose and for how long is described in our privacy policy.

Do you work with clients outside Poland, and in English?

Yes. We work with companies from Poland and abroad, in Polish and in English. StackGentic CRM has an interface in both languages.

What happens after launch?

We hand over the finished solution ready for work. If you wish, we sign a support agreement (support, fixes, updates) and extend the system with further features on request.

Tell us about your project

Write what you need. A few sentences are enough, we will cover the rest in a conversation.
